At only 76cm high, the Motive SX2 is an exceptionally compact floorstander for those who want all the musical performance of a Neat floorstander without taking over the living room.
The Neat Acoustics Motive SX2 uses a two-way configuration, with the bass/midrange driver and the tweeter operating within separate spaces. The bass reflex port is fitted to the bottom panel of the cabinet and is vented through an outlet in the stylishly sculpted MDF plinth.

I have exactly these speakers buyed in Milan (Italy) by Spinelli Hifi. The best I've ever had ... typically British sound and a notable bass that is always very smooth and controlled. Gems. Top construction ... you can see they are not made in China.

But is important is pairing speakers with the amplifier, ALWAYS.....Which amplifier did you test this speaker with?

@@jluken27 maybe iam too late but ive listen to them and i think the only speaker what can be compared in this pricerange comes from REGA. the rega rx 3 is more dynamic but the overall concept is by far better with the neat !

@@jluken27are really different types of speakers. Motive a more open and dynamic sound. Harbeth a bit more laidback, natural.

there is a test with measurments on stereopphile I belive where neat iota alpha had the ugliest measurment of resonancies I have ever seen. Since then when I listen to neat speakers I always hear "box"
