This chair was a pain to make. Wait unitl you have a drill press to save loads of time and your wrist.
Other than that I really like how it came out. If you have any other suggestions for videos, please leave them in the comments below.

That's awesome. I just made Kentucky stick chairs. I was looking for a similar table when I found your video. I'm going to try making these.

I don't see you posting anymore. Could I bother you to know the length of the links? Looking at your orbital sander, I guess they are 5" ??? If you ever see this, Thanks in advance. :D

I think they were referring to grabbing pieces of wood, from the saw bench whilst saw still rotating, leaning over the blade whilst on, is looking to either lose fingers, or else get problems from wood hitting you, due to kick back
@hydmonger2816
@hydmonger2816 2 жыл бұрын
@@paulhart8814 You realize that the very act of him using a crosscut sled and running it all the way to the riving knife means that he would never lose his fingers or get "kickback" in that situation right? The blade is not exposed and the finished cuts are no longer in the danger zone... As far as the leaning thing... leaning over a saw is not inherently a danger but could pose a problem if he was to suffer an episode and fall into the blade but I mean every time i cross the street I take a risk on tripping over the curb and eating the pavement. I mean he could wrap himself in bubble wrap.

@@hydmonger2816 sled or not, when u lean over the blade to grab wood poses a serious risk! I am talking as some one that teaches this to others not as a keyboard warrior

You should have cut the bottom of the legs 25% so it would not rock around so much
@TheWorkshop
@TheWorkshop 6 жыл бұрын
Unfortunately I needed it to be tall like that. The guy I built it for is even taller than I am and he wanted it for a bar he was making. but yes, had the legs been shorter, it would have been more stable
