As a nebraska fan I've been saying Heinrich Haarburg should have started at the beginning of the year but it is what it is. Nebraska dfense played nebraska defense, Michigan is an outlier but they're gonna be playing for a natty we struggling to get a bowl game, but nebraska rush defense was #1 in nation and #1 in big 10 for sacks b4 Michigan game. Hope Illinois can get it figured out and find what works, cheers

For sure as a nebraska fan born and raised, I understand the recruitment issue we have the same the thing, we have longest bowl drought in power 5 history that extremely kills recruiting, the only thing that helps somewhat is Nebraskas facilities, the program in general and the best fans in college football.

What coach can Illinois hire thats better then Beliema? Look at the lousy record FOR TEN YEARS before he came.......last year was excellent.....as a Nebraska fan, I can assure you getting on the fire coach bandwagon is not the answer........at least not with your present coach.

I agree with the other husker fan that commented. You can't keep firing coaches. Give them the 4-5 years time to build. Let them get their players, let them hire the right people, steer the atmosphere right in the locker room, learn how to win, play loose. Huskers fans know exactly what you are going through.

We are not a good team. We lost to Nebraska 20-7 a Nebraska team that got beat by Michigan 45-7 . Illinois is not a good and Nebraska is not a good team

@@saintdominicsrosary yeah Michigan looks like the #1 team in the country. Pretty much anyone is gonna get blown out by them. Nebraska is a good team. Without sims turnovers we would be 4-2 at this point. You lack depth at the backend and you got the DL taking the brunt of pretty much everything. We have this same issue and the 335 really fixed it. Let's players play fast. Illinois may benefit from a change like this. Look, your coach is rebuilding after loosing NFL caliber players. Your players didn't quit, it's just your QB sucks balls bro. Need to fix that. Turnovers are one thing but he looks like a deer in headlights. But I would fall short in saying they are worse than Northwestern or Michigan state.

Frost was at Nebraska 4 and a half seasons and you guys wanted him gone after his 3rd season . All you crybabies did was wine and complain about Frost was a terrible coach. Bielama is in his 3rd season and we want him gone just like you guys wanted Frost gone and If Bret doesn’t turn it around he’ll be gone in his 5th season as well

But Bret also didn't have the extra women, drugs, getting drunk, and all the rest of the extras frosty did. If he spent more time developing then cheating on his wife we would be having a different Convo now. What coach you gonna get that's better than Bret at this point in time of realignment? Lovie was piss poor but at least Bret has the ability to win games and is proven. He just needs the players and the right coaches around him to execute what he brings.
