Long story short. The doll In the video came with severe box damage and the hand was a bit scuffed. I did contact Neca and they sent me a replacement. My new doll has a string of issues as well and Neca pretty much said they can’t send another one and sent me $25. They’ve been the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with, not only do they have terrible customer service but the fact we waited four years for these dolls is absolutely absurd. I won’t be supporting them ever again and advice anyone to never order directly from them. Rant over.

OK thanks for the advice neca totally suck and it's certainly not good enough we pay alot of money for these things then we get a ton of problems it's absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable looks like trick or treat studios is the better option for getting the dolls I don't even have one doll yet in my collection but will be looking to grab one at some stage but certainly won't be neca you could try to sell the faulty doll on eBay then at least you would get your money back then you can buy a better one

So waiting on mine. It's been 3 1/2 years but will be closer to 4 years for me as I've seen tons getting theirs while I still wait. And it's crazy as I was one of the first to receive Tiffany. Oh well I'm at least happy that I secured him with the pre-order.

With the lack of communication coming from neca I was worried these dolls would never see the light of day thank god I kept my pre orders because the after market prices are ridiculous they want $13k just for this chucky! I’m in process of saving up money to buy chucky some Better clothes I want wait until moody pudding decides to sell some clothes

Yeah there lack of communication through the whole process was beyond frustrating. I’m just happy they delivered us a great doll. It’s unfortunate you can’t seem to get these unless you want to spend a crazy amount on one in the aftermarket.

Looks good but wish it looked more like the first photos they posted with the overalls more baggy and the smile showing more teeth , I seen this guy selling his doll for 10k he really thinks a doll that isn’t that rare going for 10k aint no way in hell

Amazing Upload,i think this is the best Chucky and i will get it myself ,when you ask me it totally destroy the Tots Dolls and even the Sideshow one which was a Grail back in the Years.

If you haven't already purchased or pre-ordered him I would suggest jumping on it as these are limited. To get one at this point you're going to have to expect to pay much more than the original cost.
