These are the ultimate ninja turtles action figures. The holy grail. (Well actually the 1/4 scale are even better) I own every single NECA turtles release, and collect all TMNT stuff throughout my life. There is truly nothing like the NECA 1990 movie figures!

NECA are the best when it comes to making high quality Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles figures that are accurate to the source material in which they are taken from. Leonardo is no exception to that rule. The sculpt, details and paint application are solid. With that aside, thanks as always Spot. I really appreciate the hard work. Keep it up!

Neca did a great job on the TMNT movie Action Figures. Leonardo looks exactly like the movie version good detail on the figure.

I pretend its bell peppers on the pizza, although it's probably meant to be anchovies. Olives are still irredeemable! Where's the pepperoni?! At least there's no penicillin on this pizza. 1990s TMNT got me into NECA, perhaps their best figure line.

Been waiting for this review from spot for a while now....i was lucky enough to find all 4 turtles at gamestop on shelves the first day they came out..great review like always spot cant wait until you review the other 3!!

Great review Spot! I actually "cheated" when I preordered these because I went to ThinkGeek; which GameStop owns, and placed my order with them. True to their word I was able to pick them up. I have both scales and they're all a work of art. NECA really outdid themselves and gave it their all to make sure these are accurate to the tee.

I bought Michelangelo kept him in the box and today I ordered Leonardo today he will arrive in two days these for me are pure nostalgia in a box the 1990 movie blew my mind as a kid and still does when I watch it now I will pick up Raphael and Donatello as soon as I can and may post them on my channel I know they’ve been out for awhile and reviewed over and over again but I love them and look forward to picking up the two remaining turtles then my next target will be Casey Jones

I have my set and regret not buying 2 of each when I could, the only one I got 2x is Raphael. I love these figures!

NECA did an impressive job on this figure. Leo is shorter than I thought. The pizza slice looks gross. I love me some extra cheese too. Hey now Spot! I love pineapple on pizza. Lol 😝 Nicely detailed katanas. Looks like some paint scratched off on one of the katana blades. The high five hands look great. Great detail on them. Interesting that he comes with an alternate bandanna flipping the side to the other side. Cool speckled skin spots and movie accurate detail. Awesome head sculpt. Great mish mash of skin tones. Nicely sculpted shell and great articulation. I cannot wait for the other turtle reviews. Great review! Thanks again Spot!

I was fortunate enough to get the original SDCC box set of movie turtles (2 sets actually 😆) and I STILL had to hunt and find these GameStop versions too (because of the same Box as the 1/4 scale turtles) I cannot get enough! My 1/4 foot soldier is coming, then Shredder. WATCH pixel fans toy fair interview with NECA. In the next SDCC set, were getting a 90 movie figure that has never had a toy. Exciting. Hoping for the complete set (splinter, April, Casey)

As much as I like the NECA Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1990 movie action figures myself, I would've preferred giving the 6-inch figures bandana tails made out of cloth fabric, just like how it was done for the 1/4 scale figures.

Only managed to find Mikey and Don in a store that was super out of the way, but boy were they worth it! I'm actually quite tempted to pay scalper prices for the other two.

NO OLIVES! Pineapple sometimes - uh - as in my co-pie-lot ordered it on their half and a chunk was severed and nudged over to my half accidentally during the slicing process.

Finally got them at scalper prices.. Ctually I got the bundle, every single one from movie for a good price.. pineapple is delicious on.pizza.. olives and anchovies NOOOO

Didn't know these were a thing. Very cool. Probably won't get the full set, but I'll definitely pick up one if I can find them at retail. Possibly Donatello since he was the only one I was missing from the Playmates Classic Collection (which, while those figures looked good -- when they didn't have paint errors -- were annoying to stand given their loose joints and poor balance; these NECA ones seem exciting simply because of their sturdier joints)

I'm more of a power rangers fan than a TMNT fan but the 1990 movie was awesome.

The joints in these are quite durable and made with quality plastic...his elbows can bend in way more than that... definitely get the hesitation though...I’d lose my shit if I broke one of these

I said this on shartimus’s review on these guys but I think NECA should’ve made different headscupts from the 2nd and 3rd movies for the turtles

My head is a bit hard to rotate. I'm too scare to try and rotate it in case I break it hehe
