EEG normal , MRI not done, Neck control kar sakti hai,eye contact bhi hai,bohot smile korte hai, hand bring in to mouth, Hat mein kuch dungi to hold kar sakti hai Lekin kuchh pakarne ki kosis nahi karti Rolling nahi ki hai

My baby is 5 months of age. She was born with left MCA stroke and seizures subsequently now has a diagnosis of spastic type hemiplegic cerebral palsy. She had been clenching her right fist and had increased rigidity on right hands. We are seeing physiotherapist and has been giving us some exercises. Those exercises help to decrease some of the rigidity. She has decent head control (~80-90%) good, my question is that how can I get her to roll? I do side lying and prop her legs so she turns, but she doesn’t do it yet unless I push from back and then she stays on tummy for almost 5-6 min at one time (I try to do it 2-3 times a day). Since she is young now, what exercises can I do to get her to have minimal motor problems in future? For sitting, crawling and walking etc. thank you so much, your channel is fabulous

Very well explanation As per my practice you don't need to worried about her milestones Since she is 5 month, you have to practice mire tummy time and hand weight bearing Do laap soothing tummy time more while both hand on floor and try to keep the open fist To inhence rolling try with lycra Rest of keep focusing on her seizure medication and frequent checkup Last but not least she will achieve all her milestones probably around wishing her normal age 14-18 She may not do Crawling but don't need to worry for that But there will little problem on hand may hapmer her walking gait pattern So you have to put more concerning on hand Well there are some activity that difficult to write here .. if you able to join online consultation i will try to guide you better Thanks God bless you .. hoping for good and fastest recovery +917827068869

Initially you can buy a gym ball and some toys that's enough .. most of therapy are on the floor so you don't need so much equipment

Sir, my niece is 1yr 20days old. Her age is 7 kgs. Till now, she is not crawling or stand with out support . At the time of her born she had GTCS seizure , she has BIRTH ASPHYXIA.recently , she faced seizure . she is being diagnosed with Gardenal syrup 3 ml twice in a day and Lavera syrup 0.7 ml. Now , MRI report shows that Myelin changes supratentorial posterior periventricular bilateral region. !!

There are following thing that you have to keep in mind for further management Dont skip the medicine and take regular follow up with your pediatric neurologist 2nd lets focus her on weight since she is 13 month 7 kg is quite low for that you may take just routine follow up dietician And the last as you said she is not Crawling that mean she has received neck holding creep , rolling and can get up from floor herself Do lot of core muscle strengthening excercise Transition excercise Or last but not least you can take online consultation with me or visit my clinic

Hello.. My baby is 6 months old with birth injury(erbs palsy) on her right. She's unable to control her neck on the same side. We were going to physiotherapy for erbs palsy but doctor told us she's improving well so it's not necessary for physiotherapy just exercise at home is enough. I was not concerned about the neck till today thinking it will be fine but it's not working. Can you please suggest what we should do! Please help.

Dont just follow someone Advice blindly .. if the dr told you he is improving ask him about the complete Diagnosis and level of improvement 1 first take complete understanding about the Erb’s palsy and what level of injury does ur kids had Neck control issue with Erb’s palsy is rare u should be highly conscious about kid I can only add something from my practical experience once I have complete information of kid Please call me over +917827068869 whatsapp or basic call

No .. once your get complete head control and partial sitting then only you can shift her on walker .. You need to wait for attest 3 month more Before start walking need to work on following step like . Sitting , supported sitting with the help of orthotics later you can try walking

Have you Consulted with pediatric neurologist ? If yes then keep continue exercises and if you haven't meet yet please consult with pediatric neurologist later you can continue therpay If she doesn't have 50% neck control then start with basic tummy time Later you can do the all the exercises which I have mentioned here and Do some visual Stimulation exercises Last but not least don't be panic too much Hope for the best

I have 14 months old baby. Still he doesn't drink milk. He has a feed button on his stomach. We feed only milk help of that button. Now he is in under weight 8.5 still he doesn't hold his neck. Yes you're right 14 month 8.5kg is absolutely underweight kid So if he had achieved atleast 50% neck holding then you can keep continue the following exercise that i have mentioned on my neck control playlist If not then start with tummy time .. there are 5 different tummy time Position you can practice each and every Position 2-4 times in a day Engage the child as much as possible at 45 degree neck extension while on tummy time on floor Last .. for his diet and Feeding habit i m sorry can't help you for that .. I would request you to please visit ur nearby general pediatrician they can guide you better

Sir my son now 5 months he did not cry immefiat at birth he cry 3 minuts later birth asphyxia Now he is 5 months running he had head control grab things both hands put finger mouth babbling also good eye contact and roll over also at 4 months doc do mri his report also normal But sir his foot fingers both legs most of the time closed very rare he open and hand thumb finger some time fist and automatically his open Is any cp symptoms sir May be yes I start pysiothrraoy start this age iam very worried

You can wait for sometime.. as he received all milestones almost in normal age frame If you send some video how exactly he closed or open his legs finger Then it would be easy for me to recommend physiotherapy

My baby is 8 and a half months old but still not fully stiff neck. Keep the neck straight for four to five minutes and then drop the neck. I would have benefited from saying something about this. Advance thank you sir🙏

Sir I am from Bangladesh.sir my baby is now 5month running, he looks at everything and make eye contact with us , I did apply all tips but still he can't control his neck.sir plz help me

Well some baby didn't achieved complete neck holding at the age of 5 months .. please Engage your baby in tummy time Do all the tummy position regularly atleast 3 times in a day Engage the baby in prone lying as much as he can Do not try any vigorous exercises till your baby not cross 6 _ 7 months If possible please share some details About birth and type of delivery and your mediacl history +917827068869 (whatsapp) send me 30 sec -1 min clip of baby while he is in prone lying

Dekhiye Bina bacche ko dekhe yeh bol pana difficult hoga ki kitne din me baithegi .start kro sure saare bachhe rote hai

Well .. hope you have already had consulted with pediatric neurologist or Developmental pediatrician if not .. must be visit once Now Let's come to the part of èxcercise You can start with basic tummy time if your baby able to lift his head above 45 degree in prone position for a 1 min .. then you can start practicing the excersie whatever I have mentioned in neck control playlist GOOD LUCK ..
