Neck Deep lost their most talented member...Dani was the only reason I could lose it and jam out to these new style punk beats with double bass thrown in. It was revolutionary in punk music and honestly idc to listen to Neck Deep now that he's gone

Neither. This is how it sounds on stage when you stand behind the drums. The PA speakers are way ahead at the front of the stage so you don't hear much or feel much of the power. That's why musicians use in-ear monitors (or good ol' floor monitors). That's so they can hear themselves. Cheers

No they've isolated the drums mics

Sounds like that's the raw audio through the camera microphone. AKA: the on-stage sound. The drummer is wearing in-ears so he's probably got everything he wants to hear running through that. So the on-stage noise is kept pretty minimal. Also, the kick being so quite is a dead give-away this isn't taken from any drum mics.

The mics are for the people watching neck deep, not the guy standing behind Dani recording him

He mostly uses his double kick to fill the space

He really is just fast, and some double bass. Obviously years of dedicated practice.
