This is a horse racing game and you choose from one of 6 horses and press a button to jump over fences to win the race.
Six players can compete in a single race to reach the first place, the fastest can get a chance to win double tickets up to 1000.

Neck-n-Neck is a ticket redemption game developed by Incredible Technologies and published by Bundra Games for arcades in December 1992.

As for Bundra, it alludes to founder Frank Bundra who went off to make his own company following his departure from Konami of America.

Fun Fact: This, along with _Michael Jackson's Moonwalker, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1989), Mr. Driller, Off Road Challenge, Cruis'n World_ and many countless other arcade games -- including _Ms. Pac-Man_ and _The Simpsons_ -- were all featured on the U.S. version of _The Price Is Right_ as prizes in the Barker (1972-2007) era, either as prizes in pricing games or one of the Showcases.
