From January 2020, the new Nedo pipe laser Tubus2 will be available from your Nedo dealer. Developed and produced in Germany, it has deserved the title “Made in Germany” for it’s reliability and easiest usage.

The result is an innovative and modern pipe laser with a green laser beam that is easy to use and offers all the requirements for a fluid workflow.

The compact design allows the Tubus2 pipe laser to be used in narrow pipes with an inner diameter of 125 mm and above and in tight pipe bends. The innovative pipe slider, a stable metal roller on the underside of the pipe laser, simplifies the insertion of the pipe laser into pipes with a small diameter. The pipe slider was also tested on tubes with two channel bottoms, the channels being spatially separated. A special feature here was the positioning of the channel laser from above through a vertical shaft entrance into the second tube base.
Why green laser beam? Green laser beams are 4 times more perceptible to the human eye than red laser beams of the same power. For this reason, the pipe laser Tubus2 is equipped as standard with a green laser diode, which is optionally available in laser class 2 or 3R. Even in unfavorable lighting conditions, the green laser point of the Tubus2 can be reliably recognized on the height-adjustable target plate and guarantees the best visibility and fast work at all times.
The operating concept: The well thought-out "SmartControl" operating concept of the Tubus2 pipe laser enables simple, intuitive operation: All relevant data such as the incline, banking / cross slopes, axis alignment and battery status are clearly displayed on the clearly structured OLED displays of the laser and the remote control. The combined radio and infrared remote control ensures the best transmission performance in the pipes / tubes and above them. The display and keyboard of the pipe laser and remote control are identical and allow intuitive operation. Frequently used functions can be called up directly by pressing a button. The axis alignment is carried out using the manual alignment function. The cross slope of the laser is automatically compensated, even while aligning or setting up plumb points.
The robustness: Uncompromising robustness for real professionals. Reliable for tough civil engineering applications. The robust aluminum housing is immersible according to IP 68. The shock protection system of the pipe laser reliably protects the sensitive sensors and electronics even under the toughest conditions.
