Will be completly honest even when i was younger i knew what was going on with all the cube stuff its still my favourite pixar movie. I don't care maybe its brutal but I just love Finn McMissile. I would love a spin off series of his missionss but you know pixar... its a children movie company!

Over here in Germany he was voiced by Daniel Craig‘s voiceactor who also voiced Daniel through all of his 007 movies. So basically we have a James Bond McMissile.

Yeah and also they wouldn’t have had to kill off Rod,(who’s alps in my top 3 Cars 2 character list atm.)pretty sure the only reason they did kill him off is because the plot would’ve gotten really messy,with Mater being mistaken as a spy thanks to his mistake,he obviously would’ve gotten in contact with Holley and Finn eventually to let them now about the miscommunication.Sp yes,I agree with you,but maybe it would be better like the other person said above as a spin-off.

@@stranger5011 all that I know (probably from a Ned video, if I'm being honest, lol) is that allegedly the original storyboard for the scene was "TOO DARK" so it got "softened up" to just killing him offscreen after a prolonged torture session...and doing a "blood splatter" effect on the outside window. WHICH IN MY OPINION IS STILL PRETTY DARK!

Cars 2 got me interested in action and espionage movies and series during my childhood, Finn McMissile was one of my favorite characters and his design inspired by the Aston Martin DB5 motivated me to watch the James Bond movies and becoming one of my favorite franchises, it also made me discover Michael Caine and see every movie he appeared, making him one of my favorite actors until this day, his demeanor and voice are just unforgettable.

I dont know if anybody already know this but fun fact: The fisherboat used by Finn to infiltrate the oil rig in cars 2 was named Crabby the boat he got the word "Northwestern" on his body. This is because Crabby was based on Discovery channel's TV Series "Deadliest Catch" which is a TV series about Alaska crab fishers in which the Northwestern and its crew were one of the main focus of the show. Crabby was voiced by Sig Hansen, the captain of Northwestern.

When i was a kid i played the Game Cars Race o Rama a lot. I still Know That there were a lot of nice Maps that resembled other towns and a lot of new characters that werent mentioned in the Films. If you are interested you could maybe make a video about it?
