I think his biggest weakness is his lack of confidence in his own gaming, and the other guys who are also really bad gamers allways pile on him calling out Simon for everything, wich makes him mad and defensive. Now this is them performing their characters, and they do this for comedic reasons so Im just talking out of my ass here not really criticizing anyone
