tbh, on the last street race with all 3 previous bosses, I was hoping they'd work like wingmen, but for each other. So like, Kenji would be going around scouting the map for shortcuts, Wolf would be the Drafter and Angie would be the Blocker. Would make the race so much more interesting and harder.

Hard is boring, and prevents one from progressing and getting to the end results, also it gives the ai driver and car too much benefits, and puts the human gamer at constant disadvantages,( Normal is the best ) not hard but not easy, best of both worlds in one package. Hard is almost like you call the insurance company, and you are caller # 300, and you have to wait for the next available agent to pick up your call, whenever that is, if it even happens.

This game came out around my 14th birthday. I received it as a gift actually. One of the best NFS titles in the series. Watching this made me relive a lot of memories as I am turning 30 years old this year. Thank you for posting this!

Great job on this vid. I liked the irony of using the other bosses' cars against them. I swear i can hear Palpatine said "Ironic" from another galaxy. Also loved the ending of using the same car Darius gave you when you bailed Palmont before going back. Must have took you forever to recreate that, anyways nice job. Before Carbon was released to the public, some of the cast in this game are known for the TV show Supernatural. We have Tahmoh as Gadreel, Emmanuelle as Madison, and idk what are the names of Chris Gauthier and Danielle Kremeniuk's roles.

Who else figured out the card drawing cheat after a boss race, whoever you beat first select cards 1 & 3, you get the boss car and the next boss you beat select card 2 & 4 and you'll keep winning the boss cars.

I like how at tier 3 you mock every boss beating them with their cars. I did a somewhat similar move. Only on Kenji and Angie. I didn't hate Wolf that much. Difference between mine and your way of mocking them is that I put my team's logo over theirs. :> Over the 21st street there was the eagle crest logo On the Bushido same thing. On the Aston Martin all I did was fully upgrade it and put a pearl black window tint.

52:56 How did you make the DB9 so easy to handle? Mine is so bad at corners...Am I doing something about tuning wrong? I either end up in understeer or oversteer. Never in the middle like in the video.

Actually in the game understeer and oversteer are switched, I usually let the first in the middle and move to the right the remaining 2. Tires to drift, Brakes to Rear.
