In the Arrest Warrant mission, I actually have a record of 0:18 because the suspect hit something and I was able to block his escape. I honestly got lucky. Btw, I already have the game completed so I already know how Arrest Warrant goes.

The crown vics irl top out around 120-130 or so from the ones I've seen. My dads charger hit 140 and was still grabbing for more tho.

This is a game and the top speed wasn't supposed to be realistic. Sure it reaches the blue zone after like 209 km/h but still has torque to reach 295 km/h maximum.

Because the Mazda will be at different speeds in every attempt. Sometimes you get a fast one and sometimes you get a slow one. Its the same for every other interceptor events as the AI will take different paths.
