Questions on how to install relentless cops mod is just follow the readme file that comes with the mod folder for it cause gonna be honest I'm the last dude to ask since I took a gamble when installing all the mods but this one at least tells you how to install it.
Also back up the files in another folder for the game before risking it, the version I used was the GLOBAL one.

Its acceleration is kinda meh so it's hit or miss with the relentless cops mods cops but if you're playing vanilla I guess it's ok for pursuits
