Actually Need For Speed Heat not have manual gear shifts features but I added a mod patch to get it work

Logitech G29 is a best features rich entry level of steering wheel it's supported PS5 and PC, it's optimized especially for PS5

Need For Speed Heat PS4 version can work easily and you can also use Logitech G29 Steering Wheel on PC to there you will have to use patch and mods for steering wheel advanced feature and compatibility

You need a patch to work on PC and need to install mod if on PS4 and PS5 otherwise try Grand Turismo sport it's supported full gear
