A showcase of all LV399 fully upgraded race spec car's stats, top speed in both MP/H and KM/H, horsepower, 0-60 and 1/4 acceleration figures. These stats shown are the highest performance figures with my perfect Chidori speedcards. It took me more than 1500 tokens to get all 6 speedcards that will provide the best possible stats. The live tuning is at the lowest downforce.
And then I use the duplicate glitch to transfer the speedcards all my cars. For my upcoming performance review, the cars will be using these speedcards.

Fastest 0-60 time
1) Acura NSX, 1.50 secs
2) Nissan GT-R, 1.53 secs
Fastest 1/4 mile:
1) Aston Martin Vulcan, 8.17 secs
2) VW Beetle & Porsche 918, 8.20 secs
Highest top speed:
1) Koenigsegg Regera - 264mph/425kmh
2) BMW X6M, Chevrolet C10, Ford Mustang Derelict - 236mph/380kmh
Highest horsepower:
1) Koenigsegg Regera - 1504 HP
2) BMW X6M - 1487 HP
Couple of notes:
The maximum allowed stats is a total of 6 perks. In other words, if you have 6 acceleration perk and 6x bonus of an acceleration brand, your stats won't increase any further than 6 perks. If you have 6x brand bonus, you only need a total of 4 perks to achieve the max stats. Any higher is a waste of a stat perk which can be used for other stats. Brands don't really matter because ultimately, Outlaw, Nextech and Chidori brand will still obtain the same perfect stats because of the 6 perk limit.
So these are the best possible stats for each car. I'm sure you have noticed that majority seem to have roughly the same top speed except 3 cars. The Koenigsegg Regera with it's ridiculous top speed. And then the 911 GT3 RS and Lamborghini Diablo. A Volkswagen Beetle has higher top speed than these 2, not by a small amount but more than 10mph.
