Chapter 5 of Need For Speed Payback's Campaign Hard Difficulty no commentary walkthrough [PC] of all the Diamond Block Drag League races + Mitko Vasilev Boss Race with the 2017 Acura NSX Drag spec in Need For Speed Payback's campaign with keyboard and manual transmission.
The game isn't optimised yet for PC so apologies for any choppy frame rate.

Tactics of how you win against Diamond Block: 1.) Rev up to red the red zone 2.) When it's orange, release the gas, perfectly on the green zone, and _HIT IT_ when it says "GO" 3.) Keep it on the Perfect shift, it'll give you an additional nitro fill. 4.) Keep on using nitros, and keep on shifting at the 'Perfect shift" zone, rapidly use nitros after shifting at the same time then you'll go faster. :3

Exactly. Word by word. Similar thoughts. I burned out from the second block mission. The drag was the last stage. Therefore, I simply reduced the difficulty to a minimum and just drove purely for the protocol. None pleasure. Just to move on. I hate Drag and I hate drifting too. "Brilliant idea" to make the car go on a non-turnable car, along sharp, tight corners, with lots of traffic. I had a Beetle car. The author of the video has a super car that turns to my surprise. I did not know. Yes, it doesn't matter. I don't like drag anyway and never have.

To all the people who are having trouble beating this dude: I got the R8 thinking yo it's awd so it should have a good launch, it doesn't. I did end up beating him with half outlaw and American parts. The trick to beating him is to try to get a perfectly launch (you don't need it to win) and if you don't get the perfect shift from 1st to 2nd gear you are okay. You do need to get perfect shifts for all the other gears and use the boost as soon as you get it from the perfect shift or launch. It is difficult but after you get the feel for the car then you should be able to beat him

Turn the car to the left at the start and hold the gas button and u should hit him every time and it slows him down every time without fail and then try get good shifts then boost and u should beat him(dnt need perfect shift at the start

Mr.Batman17 I got Vasilev’s gtr when it was an abandoned car. I may try raising its level so I can beat him with his own car, lol. You’re right though. What else is there to do once you beat it? That’s why I won’t drop real money on t. Maybe if there was a customizable avatar that was unlocked after finishing the game, and then you could replay as yourself instead of the characters in the game. That could be neat.

Here is the simple way to do wheelies in cars. They must have a lot of torque, they must be FR, and the engine is to be diesel as well. True that Diesel engines can't go as fast as petrol engines at high speeds, but they can get a great start in drag racing. For RWD vehicles for them easier to do so is becuase there is less weight on the front for AWD can't do wheelies. Well if there are any cars in this game having diesel engines. One last thing is that diesel engines are heavier since alluminum can't withstand at all which are steel instead and have harder handling.

To everyone seeing this I beat the race using a Ford GT level 377 on turns tap the handbrake about 2-3 times untill you enter a drift and once you start drifting stop tapping it. (For the race before the boss race aka. The annoying af sprint race)

I did everything to buy good drag cars and I tune them up but this mission is impossible I tried like 50 times but now I don’t know what to do to win is super hard.

Has anyone seen the red astin martin with a cop in its tail in campaign mode? I saw it nearly hit my car when i was in a race.
