Yeah, try driving slowly, like you would in real life, soak in the atmosphere, I think the city is depressing, it feels dead :v

@@Jimpansen7411 NFSIIIHP runs well on ePSXe using my Intel Q45 Express Chipset GPU without bilinear filtering, but NFSHP2, this game (NFSU), NFSU2, and NFSMW 2005 on PCSX2 runs slow as sh*t and requires more GPU.

NFS seriously needs to remake classics like these. This was one of my first racing games and was one of my favorite. It's a shame they don't make games like these anymore. They design most of their games now to compete with Forza and what not.

Oldschool graphics, "X" to accelerate, r2 and l2 for gears, amazing songs... It's so nostalgic that I actually forgot you had to WAIT A LOT for the save to complete!! That brings back soooo many memories 🥺

I remember my brother and I booting up our OG Xbox for the first time and playing this game. We played this game day and night. Always battling in drift (back when split screen was still a thing). I was never able to beat his scores and to this day, he's still better than me, and that's okay!

UNPLISHED the point is that they slapped the eclipse name onto an eco friendly suv. It wouldn’t matter at all if it was named something else. People just miss the old eclipse is all.

Someone said "old school" graphics... I mean, yeah but this was STATE OF THE ART back in '03. I remember playing this at a friend's house and being absolutely blown away. We kept commenting on how wet the pavement was, lol.

For me, my favorite NFS was Most Wanted 2005. But I really love Underground and Underground 2 as they are legendary for vehicle customization and racing. It really is a shame that EA doesn't make NFS games like they used to. Now all they care about is making money, yet little do they know that remastering classic NFS games like Most Wanted and both Underground games will actually make them millions.

Soaking in the nostalgia. I remember playing nothing but this game on weekends all day long, and all my cars had the same navy blue and gold dragon vinyl. Kinda dissapointed I didn't get to hear "skeet skeet" in the underground menu here.

This is PAL version NFSUG, maybe the intro a little bit difference between PAL and NTSC.
