Yeah kurt is just bad if Amy and jarrus is 10 seconds when that 180 turn they are suttendly 0.1 sec behind and in last turn Amy always gets. I Hate that race

but the opponent using cheats as well what can you do in a situation like this i witnessed the ai turning 90 degree turns 200 mph like nothing and even don't lose their balance like they're asses glued to the road is that even possible and at that speed they're slaloming to make opening because you are desperate to trying to block their way because once they get ahead it'll be over

This game have 10 tracks who can destroy the player. One drag race against an Acura RSX on beginning of the game Race #30~40. It's near impossible because on the 2 gear the Acura boost up in 150KM/h. A championship against 3 Honda S2000. They never give up. I cryed on every race years a go. All the races with B-DOG AI , a red Eclipse with yellow stripes. It's hard , never give up. All Drag Races with programmed traffic appearing on the road even your car is with 300KM/h , you are totaled every time. The race against TJ #110 Good Samaritan. 5 Laps. This one can easily done with RX-7. And every Enduro Race with 4 , 5 ,6 ,7 laps who will crash or lose control of your car every last lap. And I will never understand why the last sprint against Eddie is too easy. Thanks EA.

i find it funny how i got my ass handed to me by the s2000, and then on a lap knockout a few events later, i got my ass handed to me, on easy mode, by a skyline of the exact color all the other cars drove like normal but the skyline just fucking rocketed past me, took corners at impossible speeds, and did pretty much everything the s2000 did except for plowing through traffic without slowing down (the s2000 plowed through an SUV and mail truck for me)

@@dinosaur2022 the AI is very bad, so the only way for it to challenge the player is insane rubberbanding, tweaking all physics to take corners at impossible speeds and accelerate like a dragster on methanol.

EA Games, already cheating the customers before becoming a thing nowadays since then.

Nah dude, this track seems to be the amalgamation of all the rubberbanding lines of all the tracks in the game. The AI just won't stop rubberbanding, ever. Even if you drive perfectly fine, you have to pray for the AI to crash into traffic so you have any chance of winning this event. I did so many perfect 6 lap races, without even touching any walls the entire race, and still lost all of them.

I needed this tip 7 years ago. I beat them with a fully upgraded mazda instead, after 76 tries.

I beat this race in a Lancer

i did it with a fully upgraded skyline on medium difficulty (manual transmission), i could say it is possible but you need to go literally insane and block the ai, also good rng so the ai don't rubberband is i think necessary P.S: i'm currently struggling on the 7 lap enduro race which the ai also is fucking crazy

Just beat it in about 20 tries with a fully suped mazda. I had to get lucky in the end and was here to see an example of someone beating it. Gave me some motivation

Ironically I passed it on the first try(got very lucky at the last corner) but struggled so much with race 103...it was a nightmare

I think so as well. When I was like 6 or 7 yrs old and played this game for first time, I simply couldn't get through this race.

I did this race and on the 3rd try I got onto last corner, last lap and I had like a 5 second lead. Hit one of those shifty blue saloon cars and lost. Nearly broke the TV

So far.

I completed the game in hard this week, this race is the only one that I had to do in medium.

the 7 lap endurance race is way worse

Well, try Enduro Circuit Race with 7 laps and you'll find out what actually means rubberbanding.

No way. All the races with Terminal(and reverse) were harder with crazy rubberbanding.

Just evade the traffic you just need to be good enough. But even if you do one mistake you can still win but only one mistake

@The Lonely Stranger me too, I didn't discover the trick until it I completed the race.

Traffic is rigged to make you fail miserably. Just try to avoid it when you can. But I do love to do near misses on it just for style points. That's where the the fun is aside beating the one of the tiring(to others) stages of the game.

No the race is just EXTREMELY difficult overall. Got to be to super accurate with your braking to win. This race made me switch from the RSX to the RX-7. I thought it was fine until........Enduro Street Circuit

he's using brakes in the corner way in the corner in a mazda this is imposible. if i try to brake like he dose my car would nopt turn it behaves like a tank.

Cornering and speed control too. You don’t wanna be too far ahead and have them rubber band the turns

its actually simple when you are approaching the critical turns at the track slow down, wait for opponnent and toss it to the wall or grind them to the wall they can't use rubberband when they are slowed down, open the gap as fast as you can but someone will come again in the next lap so you have to do it again over and over
