Made some cars from the game.
Need for Speed: Underground (also known as NFSU) is the seventh installment in the Need for Speed series, and was developed by EA Black Box and published by Electronic Arts in 2003. It is the first game in the series to use the THX technology. Underground completely rebooted the franchise, ignoring the previous Need for Speed games which featured sports cars and exotics. It was the first game in the series to offer a career mode featuring a storyline, and a garage mode that allowed players to fully customize their cars with a large variety of brand-name performance and visual upgrades. All races take place in a generic city at night called Olympic City, though the city bears some resemblance to New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Rather than exotic cars, Underground featured vehicles associated with the import scene. Underground was commercially successful, and inspired a sequel.

Same! I loved how you knew who you were racing, and you knew who drove which car. It made the cars more memorable and also made the game a lot more immersive and felt like you were actually racing real people who had built their cars, rather than just a car with loads of randomly generated parts. I've even remade some of these cars myself in NFS 2015 :D

I loved it how every time you faced x opponent their car was slightly more upgraded visually and performance wise. It was great, I remember Will & Jett's wrx the most for some reason

u cant make the 350z because u need certain rims which aren't in underground 1.and if u remember , u get a choice of three body kits at the end of the game , and unless u pick mantis , ur screwed...because u can only pick one and u can only use the one u picked at the end of career for cars u use in quick race :{ and also her unique vinyle isn't in the game!! :@

I remember doing this on my PS2 file, what got me started was Spin's Integra, I fancied his Integra so much I decided to make other Rival cars in the game as well, it's a pity in Underground 2 AI are completely random. I probably still have the file, I need to get some recording software.

actually supra is hard to drive most of the people who drives supra having hard time using that car because they oftenly uses brake gentlely if you want to make supra turn you must kick the brakes hardly and at least you must downshift 2 times to prepare the car for making turn and one mistake is people keeps putting accelerator when they driving supra it is wrong you need to release and kick the gas occasionally when you let of and kick the gas (which i call is pedal control) supra's turbo works more aggresively and supra keeps boosted on but you should be careful on that one because you not keep your foot on the gas so long so car could lose control and spun out
