The good ending in Heat was pretty hidden and obscure, (Insanity and Fatal are a little too, but you can probably find them by accident if you fiddle around in the faucet part) All the secrets here are just...how are you supposed to find on your own? How are you supposed to know that mom just happens to have more dialouge after you've already talked to her and reached the end of the game, how are you supposed to know that some random black box is pick upable only right after a part that makes you think it isn't.
