I really like your needle book. Years ago I made tiny square ones as gifts. Years later a friend posted a pic and wrote about using their’s and how it came in handy in a pinch, along with sweet words and remembrance of a special time in our lives. I was so touched that she actually carries it and uses it.

Well, I for one would choose a handcrafted gift every time. If ever there was a year for people to begin crafting...this has definitely been it!! It's a shame the world has become so commercialized. I love finding old quilts to use in projects! I usually look for ones that are damaged so I don't feel guilty cutting into them :)

Oh Julia I absolutely love it. Would love to receive this as a gift. So thoughtful and well laid out. I’ve been wanting to make one of these for a long time. I’ll be following yours to make myself one. I need a place to keep my needles and this is perfect. That measuring tape trim is so pretty. Never seen it like this before. Your friend will love this special gift. Handmade is always the best to me. The seam ripper saying is so funny!!! Thank you for all the inspiration you give me. Just love everything you create. This is one of my favorites of yours. Hope y’all are doing well and staying safe. It’s crazy at the numbers of new cases in our area each day. I only go out when I have to. Such a lovely gift. You would put an elastic from the top to bottom of the inside of the book you could thread your thread spool to keep it in place.

I like this bigger size of needle book. You could sew a narrow elastic in the middle of the book to corral your thread. Sew it down on one end and put a little piece of velcro on the other so you can change the thread out. I have a couple of quilts that would be perfect to make these. Love the vintage notebook. Will you sell those in your shop or maybe the image and we can make our own?

WHERE did you get the Featherweight stamp? I looked at your supply list, but it wasn’t there. I found others on Amazon, but they were a generic antique design. Love your idea!

Hi Susan, I'm so sorry but I don't know. My stamps are a mess! I usually purchase them from the flea market or thrift stores and many times they don't have packaging.
