This is percutaneous cricothyroidotomy, using a percutaneous tracheostomy tube. In needle cricothyroidotomy, oxygen delivered through a 1g IV catheter for 30-40 mins.

Endotracheal tube not tracheostomy tube. Seldinger technique. A waste of time to me. Just do a horizontal incision on the cricothyroid membrane, dilate it, and insert the tracheostomy tube and obturator in there.
