It's story like this that breaks my heart for the young girl. She is the real victim who cannot speak for herself. It makes my furious that his family is defending him and cursing her and her daughter. So do they think it's right for their brother or son to do something horrific to someone else's child. He didn't kill her but scared her for the rest of her life still as bad. I hope karma comes back to the husband's family so they know how painful it is when one of their child is hurt.

This story is just the tip of the iceberg… highlighting the ugly underbelly of the Hmong culture where all males are held on a pedestal regardless of their crime/ actions. People whom support such a criminal should be held culpable as well. Your young child was brain washed to become his sexual victim so she would be conflicted. She is traumatized and will probably suffer from PTSD, so stay strong for her and she may need professional support/ therapy. I believe this happens more then reported in the hmong community and i am happy to hear that its getting reported but i can only wish that more hmong mothers can understand how wrong this is and turn in their husbands.
