Manoj Bajpayee is an Indian film actor. He has also done Telugu and Tamil language films. Manoj Bajpayee recently acted in "The Family Man" most popular amazon prime web series. In 1994 Govind Nihalani's Drohkaal and in the biographical drama Bandit Queen (1994). He has done television serial called Kalakaar. In 1995 Mahesh Bhatt offered him the soap opera Swabhimaan. He appeared in minor roles in films such as Dastak (1996) and Tamanna(1997). In 1998 film Satya (1998), gave Manoj a breakthrough.

No overpowering opinions, no interruption, giving full space to the person being interviewed, and mostly keeping silent... Neelesh Misra's interview style should be a operators manual for all interviewers.

@@pranaypurohit7855 Yeah, have seen many of that as well (like it too). Neelesh' interviews are something diff. It delves into much inner self of the person being interviewed. A simple question like 'Kaise pitaa hain aap?' asked by Neelesh, evokes a diff kinda response and exposes their true self like no other interviews.

An actor is just a professional, like you and me, who's trying to make a living selling his craft, just happens to be from that area, a village, or a small town. He need not talk about Tamatar and kheti-baadi, or even ordeal that a farmer goes thru. Not saying the problem isn't there, but laying it out here is misdirected.

I used to admire the way Simi Ma'am used to question, understand, realise, conclude the show and every small detail of the show. Manoj Bajpai has always been my favorite actor in current generation but today my respect for him as a person has increased manifold. These interviews are amazing, they give us a new perspective of what success is in non conventional way. The fact that Manoj sir thought "jeevan safal ho gya" , when his family felt proud on him winning Padma Shri and not on just he winning it shows his character. He is truly The Family Man. His family is more important to him than anything he has and will achieve in future. This is just amazing!. Best wishes to you sir, you are an inspiration to us! Huge respect!!

I certainly not discerned Manoj's acting, nor adored him, although numerous of my friends were remarking at me that your appearance is like Manoj Bajpai, even though i never concerned watching his movies, but when i had been forced watching his web series "Family Man"" by one of my close my friend and then one day I decided watching his web serial ""Family Man"" at night by 10.30 PM , and then gradually watching the serial and his acting i totally drown sink myself into his breathtaking acting and i couldn't resist my self-watching entire series in one night and half day, I couldn’t sleep… and I couldn't realize that its nearly 4 AM in the morning, nevertheless, later I studied his upbringing in village, furthermore gone thru watching his interviews and his brawl of his life and found that he is so humble person, his interpretations and opinion are having so simple, and found his straightforwardness are just amazing and HE IS OUT OF GLAMOUR'S WORLD... nonetheless, bottom-line after watching his series i have become a fan of him... and he is really amazing and brilliant actor. Kitna sundar hai yeh dhekna aur mehesus karna ki aaj ke is duar mein bhi aise log hai jo apko apne jaddo ki yaad dilaate hai aur usse jod ke rakhte hai! Waqt kisi ke liye nahi rukta lekin aise logo ko sun ke mil kar woh waqt waha wapas zarur aa jata hai! Kafi ummdaa aur pyaara laga 💙

I don’t know how many of you noticed it::’ this interview and interview with Sanjay Mishra does not have a single dislike click’ . Else you go and search any KZfaq video, you will definitely find dislike click in every other video. This speaks the the outreach, honesty and sincerity of Manoj and Sanjay Mishra. I am big fan of mohd. Irfan saahab of Rajysabha T.v (Guftagoo) . And after him now am getting same sense of relief and peace in your conduct of interviews. Sir there is so much going on t.v and internet and being a youth m facing issues to have good content to watch . Please next time aap ye questions bhi add karein ya apni raay jaroor Dein..ki kese khud Ko iss ultra journalism ,hyper media ki daur se nikala jaaye. You will notice the authenticity of his deepest emotion when he narrates the story of Deer and still his eyes also gets moists. Bahut hee accha interview hai, bahut kuch seekhne ko aur samajhne ko hai.

Hi, to the the entire interview team. The way you guys have been presenting these interviews has its unique touch and it's not so dramatic . This show actually connects emotionally with the audience and feels more like a discourse rather than a question and answer session, which today most of the interviews have become .
