Patriarchy very deeply rooted in our society. ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰਾ ਸਾਡੀ Society ਦਾ ਹਿਸਾ ( ਬੰਦੇ ਵੀ ਤੇ ਔਰਤਾ)ਵੀ ਔਰਤ ਉਪਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਾਲਕੀਅਤ ਜਿਤਾਦੇ ਆਏ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਮਾਲਕੀਅਤ ਜਿਤਾ ਰਹੇ। UNCR Basic human rights, one can live life he or she the way they want. India ਦਾ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ property ਵਿਚ ਔਰਤਾ ਨੂੰ equal right ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਜੇ ਉਹ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਨਾ ਲੈਣ ਤਾ ਗੱਲਤੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੀ ਨਹੀ। ਔਰਤਾ ਨੂੰ Financial Independence ਜਰੂਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਹੀਦਾ।
