Several pleas related to the NEET-UG 2024 examination were heard by the Supreme Court today. Some of these pleas concerned allegations of unfair means used in the exam, while others focused on the National Testing Agency's decision to award grace marks to 1563 candidates due to loss of exam time.
During today's proceedings, the Union Government and the NTA informed the Supreme Court that they will cancel and withdraw the results of the 1563 candidates who received compensatory marks. These candidates will be notified of their actual scores obtained in the NEET UG 2024 exam held on May 5, 2024. They will have the option to either keep their original marks (without the compensatory marks) or participate in a re-exam scheduled for June 23, 2024, conducted by the NTA.
The re-exam for these affected candidates will indeed take place on June 23rd, and the results will be announced by June 30th, 2024. This timeline is intended to ensure that counselling for NEET UG 2024 can begin from July 6th, 2024.
The Supreme Court bench noted these submissions, stating that the scorecards issued to the 1563 affected candidates on June 4, 2024, will be nullified. Those candidates will be informed of their actual scores without the compensatory marks. For candidates opting out of the re-exam, their results will be based on their original marks obtained on May 5, 2024. The marks of candidates appearing for the re-exam will be based on that retest, with their earlier marks from May 5, 2024, disregarded.

Supreme court ko ye nirnay de dena chahiye sirf unhi bachcho ka re-neet hoga jo neet 2024 me qualified hue he Jo ki total sirf 13-14 lakh hi he , aur isse nta ko bhi paper conduct karne koi dikkat nahi hogi aur isse sabhi un bachcho ko nyaaye milega jinhone 2-3-4 saal mahnat kari he aur imaandari se paper diya he 😊

Sir, Now NTA is using IIT MADRAS data. But being a student who appeared for the exam for 3 years ,I can tell the question paper was not that easy. So the IIT's claim was baseless regarding the hike in marks and number of toppers. More than that this year even computer major students with Maths were also allowed to write the exam . It is not easy for them to score more marks in the first attempt because they are not studying Biology. So the NTA 's argument increase in number of students (also matters) is not totally correct. Also Sir, every day CBI is nabbing some students who are connected with the paper leak. CBI's investigation is not yet finished. Sir, when a wrong student get admission a right student is losing his chance to become the doctor. What sanctity is there in such an exam ,Sir. Sir atleast re NEET can be conducted to all those students who scored from 400 marks. This will reduce the burden of re conducting the exam. It will also erase the dark shadow which is upon the sanctity of the exam. Jai Hind .

CJI Sir...Please look into the FMGE we have been asking for the Q&A to be posted for all these years (22+) from NBE and NMC...FMG cram for exams abroad and India to be registered, but the Indian Council is making unnecessary years of so called Internship, where FMGs are bullied and waste their time by making them write dummy case sheets esply in the private medical colleges., so called NMC norms.

I scored 624 ..is it low haah ...?? And i want reneet .. i can't get seat with this marks too and rank 54000 with this marks ...yes ..u might have scored more than 660+ or would have reservation 😅to get seat this year...😢😢

Sir ji aur bhi center me time loss hua tha omr me saboot he 2:10 baje paper mila aur invigilator ne bola ki attendance sheet me sign karne ke bad open karna he usame aur 15 minute yani total 25 minute ka loss hua baccho me bola ki ma'am 2 baje ka time he to vo bolti he ki hame sab maloom he isame bacche panic hua aur paper bhi chut gaya to jo marks loss hua to usame kese justice milega hum re exam ke liye taiyar he hamare sath jo hua vo hamari galti ghi boliye we want justice nta ko mail kiya but not satisfied answer

Re NEET only for the centers/ states where there is a paper leak found. Not for all students through out the country as many honest students have already left studies after exam. Now again getting into the previous flow of studies is difficult. Complete ReNEET will just spoil career of many honest and hardworking students
