I fail to understand that why are the papers printed on a press. In the digital age all centers should get the required files 48 hours before the exams which can only be opened with a password and an OTP. The permission to print, the time before 0 hour and the number of copies to be printed is debatable.

this is the same guy who had said in mid-April in a video that neet paper is going to be leaked 100% and also had said some names who would possibly leak it. He had also named some places from where the paper can be leaked warning the agencies to take it seriously. And now some of those same names have come up in police investigation in neet.......so that's the only credibility of this guy on this topic till now
