To me NEET UG is the most difficult and scariest of all 3, because you have the fear of not getting selected, you have to deal with subjects that you don't like as Bio student (Eg: Physics), and you have to be in constant pressure. But, once u get MBBS, automatically you start loving the subs and there's no 'competition', there's no fear of 'not getting selected', you will pass automatically, they won't keep u in same year. And as far as PG is concerned, even if you don't give it, you are still a doctor and earn good salary and reputation.
