In 4th Q they gave aspirations and also cyanotic spells... So there was the dilemma in choosing the option... 😏

Swallowing difficulty can happen due to pharyngeal defect as well as due to palatial defect. where does the arrow point will decide the correct answer.

Iam dam sure in exam that mitomycin c will be used in sub glottic stenosis but on seeing topical I felt external application rather than internal application.. So among the options rhino cerebral mucormycosis I felt more external i chosen it.. Silly mistake 😔
