Hi Animesh, First, I would like to clear out that there is no tie-up exactly between the sellers and Amazon. Now there are both kinds of sellers on Amazon. Some are genuine.. some are cheating customers to earn quick money. And if that comes to Amazon's notice, Amazon deals very strictly with such sellers. There are provisions for customers to leave a feedback or complaint against the seller with an appropriate reasoning. Even when a customer returns an item, the seller pays a penalty. Multiple complaints or returns can lead to seller getting banned from selling on Amazon. But at the same time, as a customer, I would advice you to be mindful about complaining. As a lot of times, mistake could be genuine and not really for cheating the customer. In such cases, you can connect with the seller and discuss the issue.. they will sort it out. If it still doesn't get resolved, you can file a complaint and Amazon will take care. Reason, I 'defend' sellers, is because Amazon has a customer first policy. Most of the sellers actually end up paying heavy penalties because of very basic things that so many customers do. Not just that, lot of genuine sellers actually pay a price for other sellers using this 'cheated customer' card to bring them down. But your one complaint can break the entire business of the seller. Even when you simply return something just because you changed your mind after receiving the product, Sellers pays a penalty and too many such returns can also ban a seller from Amazon. And there are many more customers causing sellers to lose their only source of income than there are sellers purposefully selling fake products. BUT, if you were genuinely cheated by a seller, DO COMPLAINT! That also helps genuine sellers by weeding out fake sellers and giving the genuine ones more visibility and chances of getting orders!

Hi Naman, You will have to provide a proof to Amazon that your product is not fake. Submit an appeal along with brand authorization letter, GST Invoices of your inventory and supplier details. It is important to resolve such issues for overall account health.

Agar reviews genuine hain toh Amazon remove nahi karega. Also, ODR, customer complaints ki wajah se increase hota hai, negative review se nahi. Identify kariye ki kya complaints aa rahi hain, kaunse product pe aa rahi hain and agar product mein issues hain toh unhein resolve karne ki koshish kariye. And agar koi aisa product hai jismein known problems hain and aur complaints aane ke chances hain, toh uss listing ko abhi ke liye inactive kar dijiye... so that ODR aur na badhe.. @@whiterelaxingsounds3629 1. aap customer ko sirf request kar sakte hain. Lekin agar woh nahi hata raha toh aur koi option nahi hai. 2. Agar aap chocolate sell kar rahe hain, toh aapko packaging is tarah se karni hogi ki chocolate pighle nahi. iska solution aapko figure out karna hoga, else baar baar complaints aaengi, and account suspend ho sakta hai. Filhaal, agar aapke paas iska koi solution nahi hai, toh I would suggest ki pehle woh figure out karein and then chocolate sell karein. And agar aur koi complaint nahi aati hai toh order date se 30 days mein ODR apne aap kam ho jaega. Sirf last 30 days ke Defective orders count hote hain.

You can only request feedback removal via Feedback Manager . Contacting Support teams via ‘Contact Us’ or any other methods to request feedback removal, other than the Feedback Manager, may lead to account deactivation.

Hi Shahzaib, You can't manipulate reviews or request for removal by contacting the buyer directly. That will surely lead to deactivation. Ideal way is to use the feedback manager however, you can contact the seller support if it's not working. And, you can request for feedback removal in genuine cases like when buyer has left a negative feedback for the product in the seller feedback or review of some other seller in the product review.

Hi Priyanka, Everything has it's pros & con. But question is why we are not giving best product & service as per the customer need. Think 🤔...If you deliver the best, chances of negative feedback will be low and you can easily handle the fake ones. Even in some cases, customers defend you and your brand if they are super happy with it.

If you need to remove the negative feedback’s you get, then you are doing something wrong to begin with. No doubt so many people receive fake/damaged products despite reading good reviews. Good for sellers, bad for customers. And that contradicts what you said at the start about giving excellent service. ((Aab jao, ye comment v remove kar do))

Hi Swastik, from your comment I can infer that you are a customer, not a seller & you have completely misunderstood the entire video as well as the process. So, let me break this down for you: 1. Negative reviews regarding the quality of the product can never be removed from amazon. 2. Multiple sellers can be selling exactly the same product from the same product page. 3. There are 2 types of reviews on Amazon - Product Review & Seller Review Now, Lets say you got a fake or damaged product / bad service, in that case you should submit the review for the seller as issue is because of the seller not the product. The actual product may be good but if you put the seller review as product review then other sellers who are selling the authentic product will also suffer due to that review. So, here’s what the video about: If a customer has left a product review mainly because of the seller issue and he purchased the product from Seller A, Seller B can request removal of that review since it will Seller B sales for no fault of his. However, if a customer leaves a seller review for Seller A regarding these issues then Seller A can’t get it removed. Hope it is now clear. NOTE: I never remove negative comments until & unless it is abusive. I am glad you brought up this point as most of the customers are not aware of the multiple sellers feature of amazon.
