Hi, I want to share an experience about my brand new Vfc G17. I had the same issue with the slide stop not working properly after dry firing it for whatever reason. Then I reassembled the trigger group alongside with the slide stop part and spring. Now it works just fine. I think the trigger mechanism interferes with the slide stop spring somehow when dry fired.

I have the Umarex Glock 17 G4 fully licensed and love it. Works flawlessly as my secondary. Clean it out after and lube weekly after game.

One way I've removed thread locked screws is to place a long shank screwdriver in the screw and then with a fine/small flame blow torch heat the screw driver as close as you dare to the screw. The parts don't get heated by the blow torch but the screw does and then the locktite melts ;) .FYI you may need a glove on the hand holding the screwdriver as heat travels both ways

The M17 does have a chamber loaded indicator - it may not be intentional though. On the back of the slide at the bottom there is a vertical slot on the left side. When the gun is cocked you can see silver filling this slot. It is part of the internal workings but only visible when the slide has been racked.

I'm searching for an m870 but I'm not sure if I have to get the co2/gas or the spring . I like the long variant with the shell tube long as the barrel can't find anything. If I get the gas one I can hpa it cuz i want to use it in the winter and from decent range if I can change the spring power in the other one I can go for it too.

What do you think of king arms? And the glocks the only reason I got the 17 gen 5 licensed gun is to fit and feel 1 to 1 to the real one for training in the backyard for cheap so it does have a use

Those Army Armament R17 mock-Glocks are great value for money. It's one of the few things that I'd recommend purchasing from "BBgunz" style sites, unless the lack of trades are a deal breaker.

Agreed on the M17 TBH, I handled one at an airsoft store once and it felt great in my hands but that trigger was an instant buzzkill.

I think the army g17 is a decent little sidearm tho i don't really like the feel of the stock poly frame an for some reason mine runs away on full auto if i use vertex gas, can't fault the performance an accuracy on normal gas tho

Hey Luke, tried the Gaurder gas as you suggested for my M17 a few weeks ago...still does not work great, so going to use it as a hammer as it's shit as an airsoft pistol..lololol

It had to go back to the original manufacturer for repair after being borkey on delivery - then go out to an independent specialist to actually get fixed. It's a realistic L85 replica alright. The result looks pretty. The paint is cool.

Sometimes when i see your videos i wonder a bit, Well the M17 was now the first you showed us, same as the G&G L85 with ETU. But never less sometimes i wonder, how many issues (despite the regular ones which are known, like that VFC Shells, gears, TP's and so on break like sugar fake glas, VFC gen 3 Glocks are crap, old Gen G&G Internals are lower standard. Okay the newer ones are far better, but not used in every model of gun, e.t.c) you get to fix, are actually caused by wrong use or bad/wrong maintenance. You made a whole video bout that topic. Just a honest question from my side. The paintjob on the L85 turned out pretty nice! Actually in case of G&G it's strange but depending on the distributor you get different internals in the same gun, than from an other shop. The shop i like for example sells the G&G L85 already stroked with just 16 teeth on the sector. Seems that's up to the distributor and what they order from G&G.

How come that VFC makes some pretty bad GBB pistols, yet they also produce some pistols that are probably the best around (HK45, FNX45) ? What's so different about them ?

Ok pal here's a tip I learned working on real AR15's. Castlenut threadlocked? Press your Airsoftgas can against it a couple of times, it has to get freezing cold. Screw should come right out.

Maybe the KSC weighs more because the real Glock weighs more. I’ve noticed that my real Gen 3 Glock 17 is much heavier than my WE Gen 3 G17 and my Umarex Gen 3 Glock 17. I wish I could find my 20 year old KSC Gen 3 Glock 18c and compare the weight. If I remember correctly, it is heavier. Also, the KSC fit the same holsters as the real Glock. The WE and the Umarex are both hit or miss on holsters. My Serpa Sport doesn’t fit them, but my Serpa CQC does. Couldn’t tell you why.

What ever you do.....dont put Co2 thru that M117......about 10 shots on mine and it exploded the nozzle, and apparently I'm not the only one. Edit : 2:30....had that exact same issue....they blue thread locked the piss out of those screws. 😡 I had to order new ones

I've been watching your videos for quite awhile now and I usually recognize the music you have playing but every once and awhile it's something I'm not familiar with. Don't really care what battery size you're using when your testing shit but if you threw the music into the description that would be pretty rad.
