Paupahan is the best, yun nga lang malaki talaga ang kailangan para makapag patayo ka ng paupahan, OFW din ako at may 2 units studio type at may bahay na pinapaupahan and currently nagpapagawa ng 2 units na studio type., just sharing, thanks for the video

balak ko kase mag buy and sell ng palay kase may maliit kaming palayan at gusto ko rin mag binta ng mga fertilizer pero medyo nagugulohan pa ako kun paano patakbohin yung iniisip kung negosyo

I would suggest selling Fertilizers for now which is mabilis mabenta or turnover. Hindi rin ganun kalaki ang capital na ilalabas mo. Para makapagstart kana. You learn as you go at kung maluge di masakit sa bulsa. Kapag buy and sell kasi ng Palay malaking capital at mahirap ipredict kung tataas value ng Palay - nashare ko to dahil may tito at pinsan po ako na ganito ang business. Successful po sila pero matagal po silang failures bago kumita 😊 sana po nakatulong - Kuya Ben

Business renting house in the Phil. no way we experienced doing it not paying monthly and moving out promising will pay when having money unlike in the 🇺🇸must be consistent paying rent be evicted as soon and still cant escape paying remt being moneyed contented of the amount not wanting to do any business impt. cash money always available🇺🇸

Hi sir. For me, ano po ba ang unique na mao offer mo kapag nagtayo ka ng milktea shop? Saturated na po kasi ang business na to. At kung wala kang ma ooffer na bago o unique sa customers baka maluge ka. Make sure to do your research and study your competition para makapagdecide ka kung mag go ka sa business na to kabayan 😁 - Kuya Ben

Kapag ganyan po ang budget nyo. I would recommend looking at condos muna. Magdown ka muna then iparent kagad. Pero hindi malaki ang magiging income mo every month dahil magbabayad ka rin ng mortgage mo. Kung pwede, i would recommend na palaguin mo muna ang pera mo, one choice is on business, invest on yourself to learn more on finance and upskilling yourself para tumaas ang income mo kung may job ka. Once na mas malaki na ang money mo, ilagay mo sa real estate ☺️ ganito po ang ginagawa ko ngayon - Kuya Ben
