Negură Bunget is not just any normal black metal band - they are one of the gods of black metal. Their music is brilliantly composed and played, and evokes an atmosphere that very few other bands can rival. They are up in the same tier as Burzum, Emperor, and Darkthrone.

The build-up of atmosphere on this song is unbelievable...for me there isn't another band on the planet that does this better. This is what BM is all about, not stupid face painting and in-your-face operatics. The only bands that I've come across that really do it properly are NG, Burzum, Alcest and Primordial...

@Devil8880 Black metalul nu este prea difuzat la televizor nici in alte tari, nu e numai la noi asa. Dar mie imi convine sa fie asa, pentru ca un astfel de gen muzical ar trebui sa ramana pentru cei care o apreciaza cu adevarat, nu poate fi pus la acelasi nivel cu muzica pop, house sau alte asemenea.

They emphasize on atmosphere more than Emperor and Darkthrone, for me it's a completely different genre when I try to dissolve it but it still has the core of BM. It's just pure musical genius that sends shivers down my spine every single time, over and over. And I'm glad they never got the "mainstream success" that those 3 did and it's still only for the ears of those who can truly enjoy it and not claim it on a shirt as a status effect as brats do these days. That's just my subjective opinion.

@Devil8880 Nu trebuie sa apara la TV ca sa fie apreciati. La TV se difuzeaza ce asculta majoritatea AKA manele si muzica fara mesaj facuta pe calculator. Poate nu intrece Negura trupe nordice mai consacrate dar oricum e in top 5 black metal bands din lume.........opinia mea.
