i live in pakistan and belong to urdu speaking family... My grand parents were migrated from rajasthan to Pakistan during separation and this quboli is being made in our house very often..we also make besan ka bella Which is called gatta ki sabzi in rajasthan... i think migration does not effect food and culture of people..Things remain same with some little changes !

@@khalanderkhureshiWrong. I'm a Khatri Punjabi. MBoth of my great grandfathers migrated from Sindh (now Pakistan) to Bharat. And let me tell you that at that time Sindhis and Punjabis were the richest clan. It was because of Muslims that our land was taken away from us. And do you know that these muslims even killed our families in front of our eyes. Took all our wealth and r@ped Hindus and Sikh daughters and Gandhi said that no matter what Muslim does Hindus should keep quite. I know the reality. My fily has suffered. Mulsims took away our land. And stop with this stupid thing that we don't teeat Dalits as humans. That's not true. Y'all literally live on reservations, take our seats and enjoy life and then blame us when we fly abroad. And also before you say I'm telling you one sided story I should tell you that both my great grandfather's were top leaders of Congress before separation. Extremely close to Nehru and Gandhi. They betrayed us Hindus and Sikhs. May they all burn in hell!!!!

Actually main ek aur type se kabuli Banti hai chana dal , ginger and garlic paste, chopped onion and ilachi, Kaali mirchi , teja pata , Jeera and Red chilli powder and rice ye sara ingredients ka saath please try it
