It needs only 5 Ingredient -
Full Fat Milk
Fresh Cream
Milk Powder
Sugar
Mango
You got to measure the Ingredients accurately & just follow the recipe.
You will never make Ice Cream any other way ever.
Ingredients-
1 cup milk powder
1 cup full fat milk
A little more than 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup thick cream ( refrigerate Amul fresh cream overnight and then use only the top thick portion from it)
1 large mango, peeled and chopped + 1/2 mango chopped
Method-
Blend everything together into a smooth paste.
Transfer to a container and cover tightly with a cling wrap by touching it onto the surface of the icecream.
Freeze it for 5-6 hours
After 6 hours smoothen the icecream with a spoon or pulse it in the mixie.
Add in the mango pieces, mix and cover with the cling wrap again.
Freeze for 3-4 hours.
While serving, take it out and leave at room temperature for 5-6 mins. Then, scoop out, serve and enjoy!!!
