I made this yesterday and today. My sister had a birthday 🎂 so I made it and tweaked it a little by using pumpkin pie seasoning instead of cinnamon, and I used almond extract along with the vanilla. All I can say is, it was a smashing hit! They even loved the fact that it was still warm 😊

I made this tonight and my husband couldn't get enough of it. Super moist. No frosting needed. So happy 😊

Tried this recipe.small tweaks. 50/50 white flour and whole wheat flour.1 cup sugar and 1 cup mixed dried fuits soaked in hot water to bloom it..lovely tasty cake.

Hello honey, I will make your recipe, it looks super delicious. Just one piece of advice so that the walnuts don't sink to the bottom of the mold, dump them in flour before putting them in the mixture 😊

To make it even more healthy, one can use virgin coconut oil. Plus it will add a coconut flavor.
