Every Indian should ask why Britishers treated these two - Gandhi and Nehru - so favorably. Britishers were enemy of Indians. Popular maxim is that an enemy of an enemy is a friend. So British must have seen Gandhi and Nehru to be inimical to Indians interests that's why they treated them so well.

I wonder what kind of comments we would see if BJP wasn't in power. Though by no means am I a historian, but I have seen nothing to indicate that Nehru was given luxuries in jail. He may have avoided torture, but how the hell is that a privilege??? His achievements by FAR outweigh any mistakes he has made and I hope one day India's youth get past Modi's evil game plan

Many people say that Savarkar used to lick the feet of the British but actually Gandhi Nehru was a servant of the British so he was not given capital punishment but Savarkar was kept in Andaman jail.

nehru was a Richie rich boy nothing more for his desires even his father was ready to dethrone Gandhi from Congress presidency , at the end Gandhi bow down to power and rich nehru khandan and started enjoying their company and handed over the reign to him , he knew real India through the British books

Bro, try to say the good things done by him also. He became PM of India when it was torn and trampled. His government made it alive once again. He set up IIT, IIM, AIIMS, INCOSPAR(now known as ISRO), PSUs.

Okay Modi doin good but "Nehru was dictator,northeast ko development ki jaruri nahi" ye unhone kisse aur kab kahan😂.jo ye maante hain kripya miding mongku ki Arunachal wali pustak ley lein.unhone sansad me bas yahi kaha tha ki tribal logon tak plain logo k hisab mein britishers ne itna dhiyan nahi diyaa hai(devlopment),unlogo ko yesab samajne ka samai diya jaye apne tareekey se,unlogo ko bhr se koi pareshaan na karein toh behtar hai.Aur yakeen maniye agar ye Argument k chltey kuch faisla na liya hota toh kashmir syd north me nahi east me hota🙄.

You can understand how biased this argument is when he said they were treated nicely in jail because they could write a book. So did bhagat singh and subhash chandra, they also wrote a book in jail. Were they treated nicely ?

Its very sad to see such half informed ppl describing the nations struggle in 5-10 mins or so...and being the youth...who dont read and just depend on wats app and youtube to make thier openions will only be living in fools paradise...
