He’s definitely a nice guy but the problem is when people come to clean up a yard once it will grow back to the same level in a short period of time. Also, it encourages weed growth which spreads to neighboring yards. Neighbors are frustrated already. Cleaning it one time just delays the inevitable. They city, however, can intervene and get ahold of the new property owner and make them be accountable for doing what they should be doing in keeping the lawn in order.

People like you have to understand that the world isn’t free, if he was making no income and mowing lawns for free, he’d be poor. He needs money to maintain his equipment, put gas into his vehicle, eat, and have a home, all of the above and more. So yes, he is making money for making videos, but he isn’t flashing that money in your face every time he mows a free lawn. There are more people like that. They just don't seek gratification. It's a nice video and a great jesture. Just don't let it make you think he's the only one. You can be that person too. It's not far-fetched. I have faith in you.

This young man is still being compensated for his work through this medium. No one should be doing tedious labour for the sake of a pat on the back. Once or twice, sure. It wouldn't hurt anyone. But this kind of work is back breaking and tiresome and fully deserving of an equivalent sum of revenue.

My mum died recently, and dealing with everything afterwards is a lot sometimes. We managed to find a good gardener who took on my mums garden fortunately. But if anyone, neighbours or a kind stranger like here, had shown such kindness, I would have been amazed and grateful.
