He’s definitely a nice guy but the problem is when people come to clean up a yard once it will grow back to the same level in a short period of time. Also, it encourages weed growth which spreads to neighboring yards. Neighbors are frustrated already. Cleaning it one time just delays the inevitable. They city, however, can intervene and get ahold of the new property owner and make them be accountable for doing what they should be doing in keeping the lawn in order.

@@Dargonhumanmy neighbor is a vindictive asshole all because we confronted him one night about him being far too loud at a party at 3a.m, he was playing super loud music, lots of talking and being generally disruptive, so we said something, he freaked out on us and he's been doing bullshit ever since. He dumped his leaves in our yard during last fall, he called the township on us over us having a car parked on the grass in our backyard (which is apparently not allowed, we didn't even know this) he has shouted as us on multiple occasions unprovoked, one time we were just walking our dog and he came to his front door and screamed at us. He's just such a dick and all we did to him was confront him ourselves instead of calling the cops with a noise complaint.

We have one in our neighborhood. He’s a red neck Chinese around 28ish guy covered in tattoos and looking rough and dangerous. Except he doesn’t drink or do drugs and has friends over every other weekend during the day and they play Christian rock at a decent but still respectable volume until no later than 7:00. His basement tenant pays his rent by mowing the elderly neighbor’s lawns and shoveling their snow, (if we get any) in the winter. He’s extremely friendly but doesn’t get in anyone’s business, and always waves to any kids he sees.

Right when I thought that I was totally screwed my neighbor down the road a bit showed up with his tractor with a giant snow blower attached to the bucket. Not only did he unblock my car, but he proceeded to clear out my entire driveway. Words can not describe how much I appreciated it, and I couldn't thank him enough for his generosity. @@josephbeach6046He IS doing it for free. yup, so he doesn’t loose out on a lot of money. He isn’t bragging and showing off all of his KZfaq money😂😂he has to make income somehow. He is mowing a lawn with no charge(free), and in order to actually live, you need money, so he makes money making videos. He can’t be mowing lawns and make no videos/money because videos=income. People like you have to understand that the world isn’t free, if he was making no income and mowing lawns for free, he’d be poor. He needs money to maintain his equipment, put gas into his vehicle, eat, and have a home, all of the above and more. So yes, he is making money for making videos, but he isn’t flashing that money in your face every time he mows a free lawn. Theres a difference between bragging, and making a video showing someone doing a job that people charge thousands of dollars to do for free in exchange of some money from KZfaq. There’s a difference. Why don’t you post these comments on Mr. Beast’s KZfaq videos? All of the KZfaqrs that choose to flash fake money, but you chose to say this guy is bragging. I fully agree, most of the good deed videos are exploitative of others at best. Also, I had to look up the meaning of "noblesse oblige" and I have new words to use in my daily life. Thanks Birchk.

What I don't like is that it's portrayed as a 'good deed', but these people obviously benefit from ad revenue and free advertising. If it was done in secret, then I could truly appreciate it as a good deed. It's similar to filming yourself cooking soup for homeless people or something. Why do you need to film it?
@colinlarson9656
@colinlarson9656 9 ай бұрын
@@hxhdfjifzirstc894 you are not wrong. I guess personally I don't mind a little free advertising just as long as the person is honest and doing good things for others. I suppose it comes down to thinking "well I would rather have this person taking a photo of themselves volunteering at the soup kitchen then for there to be nobody there at all to serve the soup."
@amiablehacker

@@hxhdfjifzirstc894I can understand that, but the only reason he is able to continue providing free services is if he makes enough money from his YT channel. So he lets people know what he's doing and then the audience can decide to financially support it.

@@hxhdfjifzirstc894In a video he said that he normally? asks for consent before uploading videos because the revenue gives him the affordability to do these for free. I think that's a fine way to go about things, honestly. I'd rather have that than most charity-baiting we deal with.

This young man is still being compensated for his work through this medium. No one should be doing tedious labour for the sake of a pat on the back. Once or twice, sure. It wouldn't hurt anyone. But this kind of work is back breaking and tiresome and fully deserving of an equivalent sum of revenue.
