There’s no “record” flooding in Houston. It’s common flooding. Y’all gotta make a huge deal about everything. This happens every year.

Lol rain is nothing new or surprising for Texas; the issue here is newer construction. The flooded areas are also literally near lakes and rivers, where they are control releasing the dam waters to *purposely* flood some of those areas, preventing other, larger areas from flooding. ...not to mention that no one believes the climate isn't changing, we just have different beliefs on *why*. But sure, take this opportunity to peddle your enviro-bs agenda that you clearly know nothing about.

Build back, but build back for the NEXT flood, which will be arriving sooner than anyone wants to contemplate. Build back previously one story houses to two story and plan on the first story getting flooded again. FEMA should incentivize this. It will be cheaper in the long run than multiple rebuilds.

Yes, I agree. Signs of the times … the End Times. Check out Matthew 24:4-8. That passage sounds like something from today’s headlines but those are Jesus’ own words. Prophecy is unfolding in front of our very eyes but sadly many people still have their heads in the sand. John 3:16 is the simplicity of salvation. The key word is believe! Normal is not coming back but Jesus is. Eternal lives matter!
