There's always one in every neighborhood. Hopefully she'll find something else to waste her life complaining about that is more meaningful than some mildly annoying neighbors. And hopefully the news manager of this station will quit wasting money on complete non-stories.

Well every new development is required to have an HOA so you don't have a lot of choice normally

@@NickJacksonusa you're correct, but residents can dissolve any HOA. Unfortunately the governor VETOED a bill that banned the HOA requirement to satisfy her friends in the federal government.

Played baseball through college and will always love the sport, but I wouldn’t want a diamond on the other side of my fence. However, if he can legally do it I guess I’d be out of luck!

There must be some regulations. You can't just build without get permits. Heights of walls, lights, etc are things that are regulated. If he did the building without the getting them, that is wrong, and the county will deal with it.
