My favorite would have to be my doll, SDCC Frankie! I got her when i was little and she is very special to me. My sister worked multiple jobs just to fly and get her for me! She’s so upset that she was broken, but now she is STUNNING! She is serving Fierce! Thank you Jay for helping a ghoul out! LOVE YOU SO MUCH! 🖤🤍⚡️

i can't express how wholesome it is that people send you their busted dolls, and you send them back all fixed up and with a little bathrobe like they've been to a real little spa 🥹

Jay a little trick I found for Frankie's and dolls with white hair, if the glues stained it yellow wash it how you do it first, then hit it with 2-3 washes of purple shampoo to get the white color back :) I did that with my og Frankie and she's basically good as new. You may need to wash more it depends on the severity

please dont use benzoyl peroxide/acne cream on dolls without human skintone (like monster high). it bleaches the plastic over time and will turn it white eventually, and this effect can transfer via touch to other dolls. i restore g1 my little ponies, and this has been seen on them now. the bleaching can take years to appear btw

Monster high dolls will always have a very special place in my heart. When they came out, all of my friends got them, and we would meet up and play for hours until we were like 12 or 13. It will always be some of my favourite memories, and watching this brought back that joy. So thank you so much

I'm not the owner of that draculaura doll, obviously but I just want to get it out of the way, but I remember getting that exact doll when I was younger. It had been my first doll in the united states, and obviously as a seven year old I had no real concept of money but i understood we were broke and couldn't afford much. Still, I was gifted this doll. She had been my pride and joy, but I wasn't the most careful with her. I remember that I took her everywhere I went, and eventually she lost her hand. And then her hairstyle, and accessories. In the end all I have from her is her swimsuit and her shoes, I don't even know where the doll is, but seeing her again (even if not mine) and being cared for just made me really happy.

The flaws of the original dolls make me less upset I never bought them as a young teen. Enjoying my crew production Draculaura and g3 Draculaura. Hoping to add g3 Abbey

Just a helpful tip- when dolls have sharpie stains or any permanent stains like this draculara, you can get rid of it quickly by using nail polish remover, it won’t hurt the pigment of the doll body. :) love your vids btw

I bought my first Draculaura doll as a collection item (basic gen 3 one) and I still didn't get her out of the box, I have been watching a bunch of videos from doll channels like yours before getting her out of the box so that I can properly take care of her. Seeing you take care of old neglected dolls makes me want to take care of my old neglected dolls. I hope I kept the Bratz my deceased aunt gave me for Christmas when I was a kid (I am not sure, as growing up I ended up putting most of my dolls for donation) so that I can give her proper care too!

Huh. The elastic leg attachment is interesting-- feels like a distant descendant of the O-rings used in 80s GI Joes (and a few 90s transformers), in some ways. I've dabbled in restoring vintage transformers and the like, so it's fascinating to see how different the techniques used on doll restoration are.

If You get Sharpie on another Doll Try using Hand sanitizer to get it off it works on ur door if there was sharpie too! Hope this helps! (:

My youngest daughter put this on and left me to watch it, I think its because I try and fix her dolls. I've got about 20 odd Monster High dolls which belong to my eldest daughter to try and repair and sort out. They were all boxed until her cousin came round then ripped them all open and make overed them when she was little. They mean alot to me as they are memories, my daughter not so much. Keep up the good work.

Btw for nice silky smooth hair u need to brush first then shampoo it then condition it (condition the entire head) then brush it after washing There u go (I use then for my hair and my dolls hair)❤

On the permanent marker use nail polish remover on a cotton ball it also works on paint and glue on the fingers the one without acetone is good on your skin.
