This is real music. Innocent, catchy, danceable .....pure. I was born 20 years after this song came out, and I hope that people born 40, 50, 60 years after this was released continue to listen. These were the best of times that I never got to experience but I can still buck my generation and enjoy the music and dancing of this era.

My ma's name was Carol too! How cool small world. This was her song and she was the biggest fan of "Neil Sadaka." I made this as her ring tone on her phone for her. I'd always listen to her records on the record player. One of my fondest memories I have of her and I cooking together and listening to her oldies but goodies. My Ma too passed away in December 2018 from breast cancer. My twin brother and I will carry on in her honour. God bless you too ma'am 😊

Happy 83rd Birthday Neil. Born March 13, 1939 Brooklyn NY. At 8 years old he attended Juilliard School of Music for children. First hit "Calendar Girl" at 22. He wrote "Love will keep us together". Which Captian & Tennille had a hit with. Such a taleneted man. Many more Neil.. Cheers !

Living in Australia, we very rarely got to see artists from overseas, but Neil Sedaka made only one trip "down under " and I got to see him perform. To me, he is the ultimate performer...he didn't disappoint. Thanks for posting this video.

Those lucky pensioners with their guilty smiles of today knowingly enjoyed their best years when they were teenagers, being there in the later 1950's was without doubt a magical time hearing these great melodic highly talented artists on records first time round. I have got this record, Neil Sedaka. Oh Carol ! it is on RCA-1152. 45/78rpm Fantastic sound.
