Could you ever imagine that technology would bring us front row seats for nothing but kindness to their hearts for the love of Neil and the Horse. I believe there is an additional verse in Cortez the Killer.
@Nitemare.6016 күн бұрын
@@kevinbishop7512There sure is. It's the lost verse. All the way back to ZUMA. Their soundboard went down while recording Cortez. They just went with what they had, so that's what we have heard all these years. Well, Neil finally came across the lyrics not long before going on tour. WHAT A TREAT FOR ALL OF US LIFELONG NEIL & HORSE FANS. I saw him at Atlanta. Waited 61 years and man, DID HE DELIVER. I still haven't come back down yet & it's been 8 days now. Thank you again Neil Thank you again Horse. Much Love Always from Lower Alabama. Mary "Nitemare" Doyle ❤❤🪶🪶🪶❤️❤️

@@HamiltonRb thank you for your kind words. I have loved Neil since I was a teenager in the 70's. Have wanted to see him live all my life. So yeah, it was the best night ever. Only wish he'd a played Down by the River for our encore, but Fuckin Up was great. He had started the tour with Down by the River then swapped it out for Like a Hurricane ( which is my #1 & I had begged him to play it in Atlanta on some comments on the Fuckin Up singles that were coming out from his channel at beginning of the tour). I kinda hoped that was for me, as he did come over to our section and raised a fist during it. Of course Cortez #2, then Down by the River#3. But it don't matter, he did Like a Hurricane, the 1st Neil song I got turned on to and always my #1. If I should ever get to go again the only thing that would change is..... I would make damn sure that MY ASS WILL DEFINITELY BE DOWN IN THE FRONT AS CLOSE AS I CAN FUCKING GET TO NEIL & OLE BLACK. Took me 2weeks to finally come back down.

I only seen Neil once. I was in a blues band and we were going to check out a small club we were going to play in the following week. We went in and some band called the Mynah birds were playing that night. LOL they came off as Rolling Stone wannabes. Rick James did all the singing. Neil did not sing at all. Down the street Steppenwolf was playing but they had a different name then. Not far from Neil and company Luke and the Apostles had a house gig. the guitarist was killer. doing a Clapton Beano thing before we had the Brits did. Saw all 3 bands on that same night.

Don't you know that Neil has never ever been 1 for fashion? He is a music icon, not a fashion icon. It's a concert not a fashion show. When you have put out everything he has, HE CAN WEAR WHATEVER THE HELL HE WANTS TO. Those are probably his favorite pair of jeans from way back & he won't let them go, so you patch em up. I have some myself.
