How do these Vice complainers end up in the comment section? What are they subbed to vice for? Their comments are phrased in a way that makes it sound like they had no choice but to watch it. They say they hate Vice to the core, but they are unable to un-sub. So bizarre.

Perhaps some of those comments have misogynistic feelings attached. However, not all are. Even if you are right, just because some comments are based in misogyny it does not mean they are wrong or right. Gender does not decide if something is not news. Discussing music is fine, but people are upset that this is on a news channel.

You have made your point on why it doesn't really matter if they put it on the news channel but it seems like you are moving the goalpost. I'd like to know what misogyny has to do with this not being news. Just because misogynists think this isn't news doesn't mean this is news. I can disagree with and not support their hatred of women but that doesn't mean I disagree with this not being news. Adolf Hitler believed the Earth was round. That has no effect on my belief that the Earth is round. Just because a person making an argument is of poor character doesn't mean his or her argument is wrong. But perhaps it doesn't matter. Oh well.

Well the VICE News channel just uploads what goes on the VICE News show that airs on tv, and this is off that. I think the concept behind it's spot on the show is that it's sort of like music news
