For Gen 3 at least, I think it's Pekora. She's the furthest among the four of them and managed to solo Alatreon. As for the entire Hololive members who played it, probably Iofi.

As a veteran hunter, if you are a newbie, don't use gun. Lightbow gun is surprisingly complicated to use efficient. Just use hammer, this weapon is the most newbie friendly from my view.

The holomens got to learn how to hunt solo. Otherwise they will never be at a skill that can allow them to hunt a Barioth. This is why i got nothing but respect for Pekora who defeated Alatreon solo and will most likely attempt the same for Fatalis. Although hunting with friends is always more enjoyable.
