@@nathanjohnwade2289 I am aware of that, I own this Bible and that is me in the video holding the Bible. You can clearly see that there are no CCR in the Apocrypha when I turn to that page. I'm curious... what compelled you to feel the need to point that out to me?

I never implied or intended this video to be a professional review. I was posting this video quickly because I received this volume early as a pre-order and thought my brothers and sisters in Christ would appreciate an honest review from a consumer that doesn't benefit from the information in the video. This Bible is the first to have the KJV, Apocrypha AND comfort print all at the same time and I assumed there were folks that were waiting for it the same as I. I'm sorry that you are having trouble seeing the video. I have dual 30 inch high resolution panels. I can see everything very clearly. Maybe its time to re-evaluate your monitors, or possibly your internet connection. I have seen both of these issues cause resolution issues with viewers. FYI, KZfaq will downgrade the resolution of the video based on your internet connection. I am very fortunate to have superior speed here in Central Florida. My download speed is 1000Mbps. Hope these suggestions help. I don't normally pass out advice when it is unsolicited however, you did. Keep calm, Jesus on!

The Orthodox canon contains 3rd Maccabees and the Prayer of Mannasah. Perhaps 4 Maccabees is in the Septuagint so they just put all the Septuagint books.

@@nathanjohnwade2289 No, what I meant was that it doesn't contain 4 Maccabees, as well as not having Psalm 151. It was in response to netnole's comment.

My understanding is that the protocanonical books refer to Old Testament Hebrew, although I did look it up and it appears that protocanonical sometimes refers to the New Testament. In the volume from which I made the video, there are no references in the Testaments to the apocrypha. The specific reference you inquired about points to Ps. 22:8, like most modern translations, including my Cambridge PCE. I am not aware of a translation that includes the apocrypha that point references to the apocrypha or vice versa. I am Anglican and we consider the apocrypha NOT to be the inspired word of God and it would seem clunky to refer back and forth that way (in my opinion anyway). Great question that inspired some thought, thank you. BTW, are you aware of a KJV w/apocrypha that does reference passages in the apocrypha? I would love to take a look at it.

@@mikelilley I had a fairly long comment that it seems Google has removed for some reason. To summarize it: I am not aware of any modern KJV that has crossreferences to the Apocrypha since it would require 2 different NT printings, with and without. The original 1611 KJV did include the reference I mentioned in Matthew, and you can find scans of it online.

@@mb9484 I did a deep dive not long ago on a passage about Jesus referring to the apocrypha. I have a 1611 replica that does indeed have references back and forth. I'm wondering if a modern print, roman catholic Bible would have such references, like the Ignatius Catholic Study Bible. Our dialogue here has certainly peaked my interest in this for sure. Thanks so much! Sorry your previous comments were lost, I would have enjoyed reading them.
