This is just a mod! Nemesis-kun is the genderbent version of Nemesis-chan. Ayano isn't aware that Nemesis is Hanako in this video.

As of August 1st, 2019, it was revealed that Nemesis is Taro Yamada's younger sister, Hanako Yamada, in the Mission Mode timeline. In this timeline, Taro was Ayano Aishi's first target she assassinated, and Hanako swore to punish her brother's killer.[3]

I watched the male rival introduction video, so When Nemesis-kun have Ayano, she is Scared, because He wanted to harm her, (Again) Because It confirmed Female Hanako is Nemesis-chan, in the male version, Nemesis-kun getting revenge on Ayano for she have a boyfriend and forgot male Hanako, or she didn't picked him, or She's rejected him
