Not nemesis but if you’re able to keep procing first strike, you get about 3 extra cs per minute iirc, so generally good for getting your items faster

15 guaranteed gold per proc makes its gold generation more early game skewed, thus getting you to your important spikes earlier instead of capping out at 6 items with worthless first strike money

They changed the base gold per proc to 15, while reducing the bonus gold you get from damage. This makes it really good for gold generation early game. If you can reliably proc it, it’s ~17 gold every 20 seconds, which is like 3 extra cs per minute. Even if you only average 2 procs per minute starting from 1:30, for like ~35 gold per minute, that’s 175 extra gold by 6:30, just over an assist’s worth.

It has a long and slow travel time which can easily be dodged. Both of xerath’s spells have no travel time and appear much sooner. A good Xerath will never be hit by a Lux spell before he hits on against Lux, hence the First Strike loss

You can't climb easy with that. In lower elos the ward clear would've been his flash minimum and probably death too. He would've been stuck at turret with a nunu jungler. You don't get help like talon offered this game. The map around mid would've been dark too. Not saying lux is bad but it's definitely not easy in lower elos. A lot of things that happened this game will not work. Even the "easy" wave clear would not have worked. You always have to give minions in lower elos because they hyper camp mid. Of course you can win games. But not easy

Like people start playing inting Sion there now too. Guess how good it is.... Very bad. KZfaqrs ruin lower elos with their headlines.

​@@firststep.boomswish Well, you are wrong, and the fact that you said this tells us that you are either not a midlane player or a low elo player, no one who has actually climbed thinks what you just said. Lux is good in low elos, specially in the midlane because it basically takes away the laning phase like Nemi suggested, on top of that you don't need to worry about wave management and you always get prio, so it's very easy to pilot and kinda hard to mess up with it...
