I first saw Gaara as the villain in Naruto during the chunnin exams arc, his ruthless and emotionless nature is what draws me to his character. He first arrived with his 2 siblings Temari and Kakuro to participate in the chunnin exams being held in Konoha. Seeing his sand ability was really mind-blowing especially his match against Rock Lee and Naruto. His character development was a huge turning point for he has learned to forgive and cherish the people around him.
